- GrantWatch does not provide refunds if the user fails to cancel their automatic payments.
- Refunds are not available if the service was used and grants were viewed.
- Quarterly ($90.00) and Annual Subscribers ($199.00) may be eligible for a partial refund provided they did not view any grants since the renewal.
- To receive a prorated refund on a Quarterly or Annual subscription, submit a refund request within 30 days of your payment.
- Requests for refunds beyond 30 days of the charge will not be considered or processed.
- The site is to be accessed interactively by an actual human using a web browser.
- Registered Users may only place a moderately sized load on the hardware, software, or other infrastructure.
- GrantWatch, Inc. or , in its sole discretion, can terminate or suspend Registered and Subscription User's access to all or part of the service for reasons, including, without limitation, questionable use of data, multiple VPNs, distribution to third party sources, and breach of the account agreement.
