(2) TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES; CATASTROPHIC INTERVENTIONS; TO PROVIDE FOOD, SHELTER, CLOTHING AND SAFETY; AND TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT IN THE SUMTER EMC SERVICE AREA. (3) TO PROVIDE MEANS FOR THE COMMUNICATION AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FOR ANY AND ALL CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE SUMTER EMC SERVICE AREA.
