A SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION WILL BE TO DONATE FUNDS (AS AVAILABLE) TO CERTAIN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS (SUCH AS UNITED WAY, AMERICAN RED CROSS, AND MUST MINISTRIES) WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSES ARE ALSO TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WHO DEMONSTRATE A NEED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN TIMES OF BOTH PERSONAL HARDSHIPS AND/OR QUALIFIED DISASTERS.
