TO ASSIST THE ASSOCIATION IN FURTHERANCE AF ITS CORPORATE PURPOSES BY CONDUCTING FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, MAINTAINING AN ENDOWMENT, AND GRANTING FUNDS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS FROM TIME TO TIME ARE DETERMINED TO BE APPROPRIATE IN SUPPORTING AND BENEFITING THE ASSOCIATION AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY AND ALL OTHER LAWFUL ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL TO AND IN PURSUIT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES, EXCEPT AS RESTRICTED HEREIN.
