AHPC WAS FORMED TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS ASSISTING IN THE PLIGHT OF THE HOMELESS IN THE ATHENS, GA AREA. THE HOMELESS PROVIDERS WILL INCLUDE LOCAL SHELTERS, FOOD BANKS, AND HEALTH CLINICS. AHPC WILL FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE BY CONSTRUCTING AND RETAINING FUNDS TO ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT OR OPERATE FACILITIES FOR ORGANIZATIONS ASSISTING THE HOMELESS.
