Georgia Women’s Golf Association (GWGA)
Grants of up to $1,000 to Georgia schools and organizations to promote eligible sports programs for female players. Funding is intended to support the purchase of uniforms, equipment expenses, teaching aids, and entry fees for teams and groups that develop and advance the game of golf for amateur girl and women golfers throughout the State.
For over 90 years, the Georgia Women’s Golf Association (GWGA) has promoted the game of golf through organized play among female residents in Georgia. To help support this mission, the grant program provides financial assistance to organizations that also strive to develop, promote, and maintain golf programs for amateur female golfers throughout Georgia. These funds primarily go to school programs all around the state.
